For 26 years iMentor has served over 45,000 students in our direct service communities of New York, Chicago, and Baltimore. Now, with our customary intrepid and creative approach, and in response to years of requests, we seek to establish a virtual community of mentors outside our three flagship cities, and we seek a Program Director of Virtual Mentoring (PDVM) to help conceive of, build, and kick off our 26⁄27 Pilot Year.

The Program Director will serve as iMentor’s internal owner of this virtual mentoring pilot, coordinating the external partnership, corporate partner activation, mentor experience, program learning, and future growth strategy. We have important objectives with this pilot: (1) to connect more students with caring adults who can help them build the knowledge, confidence, and support networks needed to successfully navigate postsecondary education and career pathways, and (2) to activate enough corporate partners and mentors to meet participation goals, delivering a strong mentor experience, establishing effective processes with the external partner, and producing a data-informed recommendation for future scale. Reporting to iMentor’s Senior Vice President of Impact Programming, this is a role for an entrepreneurial spirit who gets fired up at the junction of innovation, data analysis, strategic outreach and recruitment, and cross functional partnership.

Partnership Management

  • Act as primary point of contact with our Technology Partner, itself a leader in the mentorship space, UStrive, whose main responsibilities will include recruiting the students for the pilot, supplying the technology platform that mentors and mentees will use to communicate with each other, and implementing the program and associated pair support
  • Build a deep understanding of the UStrive program model, and their approach to virtual mentoring
  • Report back to all involved parties regularly in order to determine what program components need to be tweaked and celebrated

Program Learning & Future Planning

  • Track and monitor critical program assessment using quantitative and qualitative data from students, mentors, corporate partners, and our external program partner to identify what is working, diagnose challenges, recommend changes during the pilot, and ultimately develop recommendations and roadmap for scale
  • Partner with the Organizational Learning & Impact (OLI) team to define and monitor measures of pilot success, including mentor recruitment and engagement, quality of mentor-mentee relationships, participant experience, program implementation, and indicators of student impact
  • Assess what the pilot is teaching iMentor about the conditions required for high-quality virtual mentoring and develop recommendations for the program’s future design, scale, and impact
  • Balance growth and implementation goals with program quality and participant outcomes, using data and feedback to understand not only whether a program is reaching people, but whether it is delivering meaningful value

Qualifications

  • Success building or launching a new program, initiative, product, or service, ideally from concept through implementation
  • Proficiency managing corporate partnerships, employee engagement, volunteer recruitment, business development, or another external-facing function; traditional fundraising experience is preferred, but not required

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems and processes where they do not yet exist

We welcome individuals who are driven by impact and scale to join us in making equitable contraceptive access a reality for all.

Position Summary

Upstream’s Data, Analytics and Technology (DAT) team works cross-functionally to ensure software, hardware, and data function optimally while leading improvement projects that shape the business and promote organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and data-driven decision making. The team also supports Upstream’s growing, organization-wide use of AI.

This role exists to expand the team’s capacity to deliver. Reporting to the Manager of Data, Analytics, Technology & Security, the Sr. Analyst, Technology & Project Management partners closely with the DAT leadership team and colleagues across Upstream to own and move forward the work that keeps initiatives shipping: project management, data analysis and reporting, and the hands-on execution in between the planning and the doing, and adds a versatile, technically capable partner who can both plan the work and do it.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, highly organized, and exceptional communicator who is as comfortable running a stakeholder meeting as building a report or completing a project. They are curious, detail-oriented, and energized by turning ambiguous needs into finished work in a fast-moving, lean environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management, from intake through delivery, for DAT initiatives on the team’s roadmap, including data migrations, IT operations improvements, and the central data-layer buildout.
  • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders using agile/Kanban methods; align people on outcomes, owners, and deadlines, and keep work visible and moving, anticipating blockers and keeping initiatives and the team on track.
  • Cultivate cross-departmental relationships and drive projects to completion, bringing a technical skill set that lets you both coordinate the work and contribute to it directly, including by not limited to supporting Upstream’s evolving central data warehouse / data-layer strategy.
  • Serve as a resource for turning data into decisions across teams.

Automation, Tooling & Process Improvement (25%)

  • Build and improve MVP (Minimum Viable Product) workflow automations and solutions that remove manual work across teams, then iterate based on real use and feedback.
  • Translate staff pain points and ideas into documented, repeatable, right-sized workflows. Train others so improvements stick and scale.
  • Drive initiatives to completion, often coordinating and contributing directly to the work.

Systems, AI Adoption & Operations Support (15%)

  • Support software and hardware administration and asset lifecycle management (SaaS apps, laptops, office tech) and coordination with third-party technology vendors.
  • Support Upstream’s AI adoption efforts with hands-on help on pilots, education and training, documentation, and change management.
  • Support selection, implementation, and administration across Upstream’s SaaS application stack (Google Workspace, Snowflake, Power BI, Vena, ADP, Greenhouse, and others)
  • Help improve and, where possible, automate helpdesk and support functions; monitor and elevate recurring issues, propose, and help implement process enhancements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Upstream fosters a mission-oriented workplace and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds. The ideal candidate upholds our mission of accessible, patient-centered contraceptive care, builds trust through empathy and honesty, and contributes to a collaborative culture. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including clear writing and confident facilitation. Able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and build trust with colleagues, vendors, and leadership.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience across some combination of project management, data analysis/reporting, and technology/operations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience. Able to run multiple projects and incoming requests simultaneously, ideally using agile/Kanban methods and a work-management or ticketing system (Asana, Autotask, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience doing data analysis and reporting, building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Google Sheets/Excel) and preparing and transforming data (“ETL-type” work).
  • Demonstrates a strong bias toward action and ownership. Comfortable both developing strategy and executing it—delivering an initial solution quickly, then iterating and improving over time.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and to solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort with using AI tools and a willingness to experiment and innovate with them to help Upstream accelerate towards achieving our mission.
  • AI Fluency & Tool Integration: Ability to identify and leverage generative AI tools (such as LLMs, image generators, or industry-specific copilots) to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall output quality while maintaining the proper human checkpoints.

Entersekt has a diverse product portfolio and aggressive roadmap that positions the company well to sustain competitive advantage as it expands globally with emphasis on North America and European markets.

Quality at Entersekt is a shared engineering responsibility, not a final test phase. Our Quality Engineering function provides the standards, automation and independent evidence needed to deliver confidently in a regulated environment.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical and people leader with deep expertise in software quality engineering and automation. They combine strong technical depth with the ability to influence teams that do not report directly to them, balancing engineering excellence, automation strategy, release assurance and quality leadership.

They are comfortable staying close to the code, pipelines and automation frameworks while leading engineers and providing clear quality guidance across cross-functional teams. They know how to make release risk explicit, hold a quality position under pressure, resolve issues directly with accountable peers and escalate appropriately when risks exceed agreed tolerances.

The successful candidate demonstrates strong judgement, the ability to assess risk objectively and the confidence to deliver difficult feedback constructively while maintaining strong working relationships.

The Role

The QE & Automation Lead is accountable for QE-owned assurance across Entersekt’s 3DS portfolio, including the Access Control Server, associated integrations and scheme certification obligations, together with delegated areas of the shared automation framework.

This role leads the Quality Engineers assigned to the portfolio while remaining actively involved in technical execution and decision-making. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring automation effectiveness, quality visibility, release confidence and continuous improvement in testing practices across the product line.

A fundamental aspect of the role is influencing engineering teams, product teams and delivery stakeholders to continuously improve product quality while supporting the needs of a highly regulated and security critical environment.

Responsibilities

Automation and Engineering Leadership

  • Own the technical design and day-to-day health of QE-owned API, web, mobile, integration, end-to-end and regression automation frameworks.
  • Lead automation delivery across Java, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven and Appium.
  • Remain hands-on through architecture decisions, code reviews, complex test implementation and root-cause analysis of automation failures.
  • Drive regression reliability through deterministic test data, stable setup and teardown processes, transparent quarantine rules and active flaky-test reduction.
  • Embed suitable automation suites and quality evidence into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Progress quality gates from monitored thresholds towards enforced automated controls where appropriate.

Release Assurance and Quality Intelligence

  • Develop risk-based test strategies aligned to customer impact, architecture, regulatory obligations, scheme requirements, integration risk and production history.
  • Produce evidence-based release assessments covering testing scope, automation outcomes, open defects, coverage limitations, residual risk and release recommendations.
  • Ensure release feedback is available early enough to influence delivery decisions.
  • Maintain traceable, reproducible certification, compliance and audit evidence, including scheme certification obligations.
  • Monitor and report on regression health, risk coverage, defect escape rates, repeat incidents and automation reliability.
  • Convert root-cause findings into ongoing quality improvements and corrective test coverage.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor and develop Quality Engineers within the 3DS portfolio.
  • Manage performance through continuous and actionable feedback.
  • Ensure development and growth discussions are ongoing and that formal reviews contain no surprises.
  • Support team capability development and capacity planning.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coach Development and Product teams on shift-left quality practices.
  • Reinforce developer ownership of unit, component and feature-functional testing.
  • Where ownership is not sufficiently established, actively drive improvements.
  • Partner closely with Agile Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters regarding readiness, planning and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Platform and DevOps teams on environments, test data management and observability.
  • Resolve quality concerns directly with accountable engineering and delivery stakeholders.
  • Escalate appropriately only where issues remain unresolved or exceed agreed risk tolerances.

Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and maintain an agreed quality baseline.
  • Improve test automation maturity, regression effectiveness and engineering quality practices.
  • Reduce defect escape rates, repeat incidents and unnecessary escalations.
  • Increase early engagement between QE, Development, Product and Delivery teams.
  • Drive measurable improvements to quality outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6+ years of software quality engineering and test automation experience.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership of automation frameworks or complex testing solutions.
  • Strong Java knowledge and object-oriented design expertise.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven and Appium, or equivalent technologies with the ability to become effective quickly.
  • Experience designing API, web, mobile, integration and end-to-end automation solutions for distributed service-based systems.
  • Strong CI/CD and GitLab pipeline experience, including:
  • Parallelisation
  • Automated quality gates
  • Reporting and visibility
  • Failure diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Experience treating flaky tests, test data challenges and environment stability as engineering reliability problems.
  • Strong risk management judgement and experience creating risk-based test strategies and release assessments.
  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineering teams.
  • Performance management, coaching and capacity planning experience.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering for test design, code generation, maintenance and failure analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and deliver measurable value from AI-enabled practices.
  • Advantageous
    • 3D Secure (3DS) experience.
    • EMVCo scheme certification experience.
    • Payments industry experience.
    • Experience working in regulated or security-critical environments.
    • Contract testing experience.
    • Service virtualisation experience.
    • Performance testing experience.
    • Application security testing experience.
    • JUnit 5.
    • Containers and container platforms.
    • Device farms.
    • Observability tooling.
    • Experience improving automation maturity in established, long-lived codebases with inherited test coverage.

Personality Attributes

Weighted equally with technical depth, as much of the role’s success depends on influencing teams that do not report directly to the QE function.

  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
  • Collaborative team player with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to quality, security and maintainability.

Project Management Enterprise Portfolio Manager at Craftsman Technology Group

Leads a portfolio of strategic client relationships, creates multi-year technology roadmaps, and coordinates cross-functional delivery workstreams to achieve client objectives.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Craftsman Technology Group is an employee-owned firm that supports mission-driven organizations. Our work spans community and economic development, community health, arts and historical institutions, and organizations fostering inclusive communities. We believe technology can be an effective vehicle for change.

  • Our mission: to help nonprofit organizations grow and thrive.
  • Our values: be transparent and honest; be fair and accountable; be independent and objective; and be good to our staff, our communities, and the world.

We are seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Manager (EPM), a client-facing, senior-level position, who will bring these same values and passion to help mission-driven organizations. This is a full-time, salaried role reporting to a Practice Director. Note: this is not a sales position, does not carry a revenue goal nor does it have a commission associated with it.

Job Summary:

As an Enterprise Portfolio Manager (EPM), you will lead a portfolio of strategic clients. In partnership with practice leadership, you will create strategic plans to define near and long-term goals for organizations. You are a capable leader, active listener, and are comfortable facilitating conversations with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You are able to make clear, actionable recommendations on priorities and approach.

As EPM, you are responsible for organizing work and resources across Craftsman’s suite of technical services, including technology assessments, on-ongoing support, incremental deployments, and transformative projects, to deliver efficiently on the client’s strategic objectives. You own the strategic roadmap and direct execution across every workstream serving that client. You will have a deep understanding of a client’s goals and evaluate and balance work across multiple workstreams to ensure resources are well utilized and timelines are met.

While client success roles focus on day-to-day relationship health and support, the EPM operates a level up, overseeing day-to-day delivery across your portfolio, and translating what you see into the bigger picture. As EPM, you own multi-year strategy, cross-workstream sequencing, and portfolio-level outcomes, partnering closely with practice leadership on budget performance and resourcing decisions across your portfolio. This role does not involve direct people-management responsibility, though an EPM is considered Senior Staff. As such, an EPM is responsible for coaching and ensuring a productive work culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of clients with complex technology needs and multiple workstreams, spanning multiple systems, platforms and vendor relationships
  • Guide clients in creating strategies to account for near-, medium- and long-term priorities at their organization
  • Review, prioritize, and balance work across workstreams to meet client’s short and long term strategic priorities
  • Identify and cultivate portfolio-level growth opportunities across service lines, and support business development in realizing income
  • Manage budget and contribute to overall firm profitability
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for the portfolio, diagnosing root causes and directing corrective action across teams
  • Develop enterprise-client best practices and mentor the team of professionals
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Craftsman’s Service Delivery Methodology
  • Responsibilities, expectations, and priorities may evolve over time to reflect the changing needs of the firm and our clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects or programs for clients with dynamic, evolving needs, including multiple concurrent workstreams, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines
  • Deep knowledge of the nonprofit or public sector’s technology needs and solutions landscape
  • Expert-level relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust with and proactively advise C-suite and Executive Director-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal and client-facing conversations with equal confidence
  • Skilled at identifying and resolving team dynamics issues internally, cross-functionally, and with clients, to keep delivery on track
  • 7-10 years’ experience either in a client-facing consulting role or as a nonprofit professional, with a track record of progressive growth into senior leadership or strategic responsibility
  • Comfortable incorporating AI tools (such as Claude) into day-to-day business work
  • Claude Certified Associate – Foundations certification, held at hire or completed within 60 days
  • Flexibility to travel on occasion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technical depth in at least one relevant CRM (e.g. Salesforce) or other enterprise-grade nonprofit technology platform
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Salary Hiring Range:

  • $100,000 - $145,000

Job Location:

  • Boston, MA (hybrid) or virtual (contiguous US)

Benefits:

  • Company-supported medical, dental, vision
  • Company-provided short- and long-term disability
  • 401k & Roth IRA retirement options with a company match (available 90 days after hire date)
  • Employee ownership (following 1,000 hours of service after hire date, approx. 6 months)
  • 4 weeks accrued paid-time-off (PTO) per year
  • 10 paid company holidays and 2 paid floating holidays (individual’s choice) per year
  • CTG’s commitment to professional development and advancement
  • Work culture aiming toward work/life balance

Important Note:

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US. H1-B sponsorship is not available.
  • Our headquarters is in Boston, MA. We have a strong virtual culture with staff located throughout the contiguous United States and our hiring focus aligns with our current operational needs. We are unable to hire candidates living outside the contiguous United States.

Project Management Senior Producer at Portable

Senior producer manages digital project delivery end-to-end, overseeing scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Mid Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Portable

We are Australia’s leading innovation partners for public good – developing technology and design solutions that power the public and the people who serve it. We seek out areas of acute social need and work with government agencies, nonprofit organisations, and socially-minded businesses to make transformational change.

There are currently 65+ of us – researchers, strategists, designers, technologists, and producers – working from our head office in Collingwood and remotely from co-working spaces and homes across Australia.

This role sits within one of our Digital Product teams – cross-discipline delivery teams that operate as their own business units, each led by a Business Director.

Then there’s you!

You’re an experienced digital producer who thrives on the detail of delivery. You know how to keep a project or partnership on track – managing scope, risk, and communication so your team, and your partners, always know where things stand.

You’ve built genuine craft in production: you can run a workshop, write a statement of work, manage a budget, and hold a calm line when priorities shift. You’re not chasing a leadership title just yet – you’re focused on sharpening your delivery skills, building your commercial instincts, and taking on more as you’re ready for it.

You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, help deliver great outcomes for our partners, and play a growing role in how we win and shape new work.

What you’ll do

On a normal week, you might:

  • Lead delivery on one or more projects end to end, keeping scope, budget, and timelines on track.
  • Write and refine statements of work, tracking assumptions, risks, and dependencies as the work evolves.
  • Run stand-ups, workshops, and partner check-ins, keeping your team and clients aligned on progress.
  • Contribute to scoping and estimating for proposals, bringing a delivery lens to new business.
  • Track budgets and forecasts, raising risks early and keeping profit margin on target.
  • Coordinate research, design, and development inputs so the right work happens at the right time.
  • Contribute to case studies and retrospectives once a project wraps up.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • Experience in digital project or product delivery, ideally 4 or more years, delivering research, design, or technology engagements.
  • Comfort managing scope, budget, and timelines on partnerships of meaningful size.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Confident stakeholder communication, and the judgement to know when to escalate.
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary environments, using delivery tools such as Jira and Asana.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach, and a genuine interest in growing your delivery and commercial skills over time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience contributing to proposals, scoping, or business development.
  • Exposure to digital products in the public, community, or non-profit sectors.

Key outcomes for this role

  • You deliver great work on your projects and help us to win more
  • Your projects land on time and on budget. Partners give positive feedback.
  • You contribute to scoping and estimating for proposals, and to marketing activity and case studies.

How we remunerate and support our team

The salary range for this role is $106,000 – $118,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.

Joining Portable means becoming part of an organisation with an award-winning workplace culture, where your contributions are valued and you’re supported by a genuinely multidisciplinary team.

Here’s what else you can look forward to:

  • Meaningful work with impact – engagements that make a positive difference in areas like mental health, social justice, and accessibility.
  • Flexible work arrangements – hybrid working (up to 2 days per week remotely), flexible hours, and personalised start and finish times.
  • Enhanced leave benefits – bonus annual leave based on tenure, the option to purchase additional leave, paid volunteering leave, and paid mental health days with no explanation required.
  • Growth and development – structured career pathways, an annual professional development allowance of $1,000–$2,000 and access to our Leadership programs.
  • Wellbeing support – up to 4 counselling sessions per year through our EAP with The Mindroom, covering general wellbeing, career planning and life’s challenges.
  • Financial and family support – profit-sharing bonuses, employee share options, salary sacrificing, enhanced parental leave, and flexible part-time arrangements.

How to apply

We’re committed to building a diverse and equitable team. People from underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.

To be considered, please send us:

  • Your resume.
  • A short (max. one-page) cover letter answering:
    • What attracted you to this role, and why do you think it’s a good fit for you?
    • Tell us about a partnership or project you managed where things didn’t go to plan. What did you do, and what did you learn?

Senior Business Systems Analyst translates complex support operations into technical requirements, manages cross-functional workflows, and optimizes systems for customer care teams.

Senior Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy.

The Care Automation team builds the systems and intelligent workflows that power how Toast supports its community. Our work connects the platforms, integrations, and automation tools that our Customer Care Agents rely on every day to resolve issues seamlessly and deliver a world-class customer experience.

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the critical link between care operations and engineering. As the system authority for your domain, you’ll collaborate closely with software engineers and Salesforce developers to translate complex, high-volume support processes into rock-solid requirements engineering teams can build against with confidence.

A day in the life (Responsibilities)

  • Partner with Product Managers to design scalable customer care processes. Map end-to-end workflows and edge cases to ensure technical systems directly drive operational goals.
  • Translate high-level product intent into crisp functional and technical specifications, ensuring engineering teams have the depth and clarity needed to build immediately.
  • Drive product QA and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customer care teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for domain quality and issue resolution.
  • Leverage data to quantify operational friction and measure impact. Build dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and conduct root-cause analyses to prove outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional project dependencies, navigate trade-offs between scope, quality, and priority, and turn post-launch insights into actionable next steps.
  • Proactively spot system bottlenecks and surface high-impact opportunities to optimize product performance and agent experience.

What you’ll need to thrive (Requirements)

  • 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role) delivering complex, enterprise-grade technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to take vague, complex business challenges and turn them into clear, testable technical specifications.
  • Hands-on experience architecting integrations across enterprise systems, with strong technical intuition for how configuration and data flows perform at scale.
  • Proficiency in SQL and a strong track record of building actionable dashboards, reporting tools, and process documentation.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/SDLC methodologies and a solid understanding of customer care operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical/business field, or equivalent practical experience.

What will help you stand out (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)

  • Experience supporting high-volume customer care, contact centers, or case management workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with enterprise contact center platforms.
  • Exposure to AI or LLM-based systems in production, including testing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
