Marketing Account-Based Marketing Manager at Fundraise Up

Develops and executes account-based marketing programs for enterprise clients, coordinating multi-channel campaigns and executive engagement to drive pipeline and close complex deals.

What this role involves

About Us

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9⁄5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About the Role

Enterprise deals aren’t won by a single email or a single seller. They’re won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message.

As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you’ll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You’ll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
  • Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
  • Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
  • Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
  • Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
  • Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
  • Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
  • Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what’s working.
  • Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
  • At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
  • Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else’s problem.
  • Can build a program from scratch when there’s no playbook to follow.
  • Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a report to file away.
  • Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
  • Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
  • Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn’t move enterprise buying groups.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
  • Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn’t landing.

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.

Perks & Benefits

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • FSA and HSA Spending Account.
  • 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
  • Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
  • Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
  • Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.

Operator Sr Agent Architect (Germany) at Parloa

Design and deploy enterprise AI agent architectures, integrate with customer systems, and optimize conversational AI performance using prompt engineering and LLM knowledge.

Senior Remote Posted 28 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Parloa

Parloa’s mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience - one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer, and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale.

About the role

As a Sr Agent Architect at Parloa, you will act as a solution architect for enterprise AI Agent deployments. You will design end-to-end system architectures that connect Parloa’s platform to complex enterprise environments, solve multi-system integration challenges, and apply systems thinking to build reliable, scalable AI solutions for global enterprise clients.

You will also shape the conversational experience layer, using prompt engineering and your knowledge of LLMs to translate customer requirements into agent behavior. Architecture and integration depth are the core of this role. Conversational design skills are valued and can be developed on the job.

Areas of ownership

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments, mapping how Parloa’s platform integrates into customers’ enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms).
  • Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs, applying systems thinking to solve complex, multi-system data flows.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios that go beyond standard integration capabilities.
  • Apply structured testing approaches to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance under real-world conditions.
  • Identify and resolve blockers together with other departments at Parloa (e.g., Product, Solution Engineering, Sales) and the customer.
  • Scope AI Agent deployments, providing strategic architecture advice and execution support to customers and partners.
  • Use your knowledge of LLM internals (e.g., embeddings) to analyze customer requirements and design prompts for reliable, user-aligned agent behavior.
  • Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components that LLMs can execute reliably.
  • Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (e.g., SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to align with customer brand standards.
  • Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences, representing the expertise of the Agent Architect team.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, with proven expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.
  • Strong systems thinking, with a track record of solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, ticketing systems).
  • Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT).
  • Experience reading and consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic.
  • Analytical and critical thinker with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for meeting milestones and effective communication.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, results orientation, and ability to identify opportunities for impact.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, with attention to subtle conversational nuance and A/B testing to assess agent performance.
  • Prior conversation design, prompt engineering (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot learning), or A/B testing experience is a plus, not a requirement - we will train this.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required.

Our Recruiting Process:

Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser

Why Parloa?

We’re at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn’t just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We’re building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren’t just support tickets; they’re defining experiences. We’re here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments, this is where you do it.

At Parloa, ownership isn’t a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that’s evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.

We’ve grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we’ve kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Marketing Account-Based Marketing Manager at Fundraise Up

Designs and executes account-based marketing campaigns for enterprise clients, coordinating multi-channel outreach to buying groups and tracking pipeline impact.

Mid Posted 28 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
