About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners while partnering with business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

This is a hands-on people leadership role responsible for recruiting performance across one or more business functions, such as Engineering, Product & Design or GTM & G&A. You’ll coach and develop Talent Acquisition Partners, translate business priorities into recruiting strategies, and ensure the team operates as trusted advisors to hiring leaders while consistently delivering against hiring goals.

You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Operations and Sourcing, which provide the programs, systems, analytics, sourcing expertise, and operational infrastructure that enable recruiting success. We’re looking for a leader who brings strong recruiting judgment, business acumen, and a data-informed approach and thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Talent Acquisition Partners

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, career development, and performance management.
  • Coach Partners to strengthen recruiting strategy, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, influencing, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, strong judgment, and continuous improvement.
  • Build team capability and adapt priorities, coverage, and ways of working as business and hiring needs evolve.

Drive Recruiting Strategy & Performance

  • Translate business priorities and hiring plans into actionable recruiting strategies, team priorities, and execution plans.
  • Establish a high bar for recruiting excellence and ensure consistent execution, from intake and search strategy through candidate assessment, offer, and close.
  • Review search performance, pipeline health, hiring velocity, and team capacity to identify risks and drive accountability for outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support for complex, high-priority, or executive searches when needed.

Partner with Business Leaders

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and serve as a strategic advisor on hiring priorities, talent markets, workforce needs, and recruiting strategy.
  • Help leaders navigate talent availability, hiring tradeoffs, timelines, and market realities while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.
  • Proactively identify hiring risks and partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to develop solutions.
  • Create accountability around effective hiring practices, timely decision-making, interview quality, and candidate experience.

Use Data & Market Intelligence

  • Bring expertise and comfort with recruiting data and market insights to assess performance, identify hiring risks, and improve team and search outcomes.
  • Use pipeline, funnel, hiring velocity, capacity, and market data to identify trends and guide recruiting priorities and decisions.
  • Translate recruiting performance and talent market insights into actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to ensure reporting and analytics effectively support team performance and business decision-making.

Partner Across Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Talent Acquisition Operations, and TA leadership to align recruiting strategies, resources, and priorities with business needs.
  • Partner with Sourcing on pipeline strategy and difficult-to-fill talent needs, and with TA Operations on processes, systems, analytics, enablement, and technology adoption.
  • Share business and recruiter feedback to improve recruiting programs, tools, workflows, and AI-enabled practices.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve candidate experience, team effectiveness, and scalability.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical and/or business organizations in high-growth technology environments, including 2–5+ years leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated success coaching experienced Talent Acquisition Partners, setting clear expectations, managing performance, and building high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor, using strong judgment and consultative skills to influence hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Strong recruiting expertise and business acumen, with the ability to translate organizational priorities and hiring plans into effective recruiting strategies and team execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using recruiting data, market intelligence, and performance metrics to identify challenges, drive accountability, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, balance strategic priorities with hands-on leadership, and adapt team focus as business needs evolve.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively across Sourcing, Talent Acquisition Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and/or G&A.
  • Experience helping scale recruiting and organizational growth within a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience partnering closely with dedicated Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Operations teams to improve recruiting effectiveness and scalability.
  • Experience hiring globally across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC.
  • A track record of developing strong recruiters into trusted business advisors while consistently delivering against ambitious hiring goals.

Our team ships code that is used as a customizable base for brands across e-commerce and which is resilient enough to stay fast through the worst Black Friday and Cyber Monday surges.

The engineers who thrive on our team are builders with a growth mindset. They’re intrinsically invested in the product and customer experience, not just the ticket in front of them. They like solving hard problems and keep learning what makes a subscription experience worth keeping. That curiosity comes with ownership. We’re looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer who can help us continue and grow this mission. Our ideal candidate leads large initiatives end to end, operates with real autonomy, and makes the whole team better through how they design, document, and mentor. Someone who is genuinely excited about where AI is taking this work and who wants to do the most impactful engineering of their career where what you build actually matters.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the brainstorming, scoping, design and architecture of large-scale technical initiatives end to end, operating with significant autonomy on projects that span weeks or months
  • Design and develop subscription management and retention (increasingly personalized with AI) that will be viewed and used by millions of customers
  • Design and build AI agents that recommend and test subscriber retention tactics
  • Serve as a peer technical leader and mentor, raising the bar for code quality, system design, and engineering practices across the team
  • Build features across the full stack using a range of frontend and backend frameworks
  • Set the best-in-class standards for frontend development across the company

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of full stack software engineering, with at least 3 years operating at a senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead large, ambiguous technical projects from design through production
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS
  • Experience designing and supporting scalable full-stack solutions
  • Experience using backend languages and frameworks to build services and APIs
  • Values quality and best-in-class user experience
  • Passionate about leveraging AI and eager to learn new skills
  • Skilled communicator, comfortable articulating complex ideas, driving technical discussions, and influencing decisions across teams
  • Openness to growth: while deep technical expertise is the priority, we value engineers who are open to the full spectrum of their long-term career path

Bonus Points:

  • Familiar with Google Cloud and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and WCAG Level AA
  • Experience with NodeJs, Django, Go
  • Experience with one or more of e-commerce products, high traffic SaaS products
  • Proven track record engaging in the design of new systems at scale

Compensation: Starting at $170,000 base salary, plus stock options and competitive benefits.

Finance Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Pair Team

Directs end-to-end revenue cycle management across Medicaid and Medicare, including eligibility, claims, denials, and collections, while building and leading the RCM team and strategy.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Pair Team

Pair Team is a public benefit company reimagining care for the safety net. As an AI-enabled medical group for Medicaid and Medicare, we deliver medical, behavioral, and social care by integrating shelters, pantries and other community-based organizations into our whole-person model. As California’s largest complex care provider, we’ve proven our impact to reduce avoidable emergency care, including a 52% and 26% reduction in ER visits and hospitalizations respectively. Once scaled nationally, our approach would save tax payers $150B per year.

With our years of experience and vast data collected, we are now building an AI platform that embeds social work agents across the safety net to truly unify our fragmented healthcare and welfare system. By scaling our country’s frontline medical and social services workforce, we aim to bring high-touch care to everyone.

At Pair Team, we’re not just delivering care—we’re transforming it. We’re building a future where high-touch, community-driven care is accessible to everyone, especially the most underserved.

  • Forbes: For Pair Team, Accessibility Is About Delivering Healthcare To Those Who Need It The Most
  • TechCrunch: Building for Medicaid’s regulatory moment with Neil Batlivala from Pair Team
  • Journal of General Internal Medicine: A Novel Intervention for Medicaid Beneficiaries with Complex Needs

About the Opportunity

As a Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in building the RCM function that allows our technology-enabled service to improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities. You will own RCM end to end — from eligibility and authorization through claims, denials, and collections — across Medicaid andMedicare. and other service lines. This is a hands on, build-it-yourself role for someone who can both set RCM strategy and get into the claims data themselves to find and fix collection gaps. You’ll build the team, systems, and processes that let RCM scale alongside a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

This is a fully remote position reporting up to the VP of Finance and BizOps.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the RCM function end to end across Medicaid and Medicare — from eligibility and authorization through claims, denials, and collections.
  • Lead RCM strategy: team building, hiring/managing RCM staff, KPI development and reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, and engineering to build supporting tooling and processes.
  • Run deep analysis on claims data to identify gaps, drive remediation with cross-functional stakeholders, and improve collection rate and DSO.
  • Manage patient billing and coinsurance collection processes
  • Own denial management and appeals, driving down rejection and denial rates.
  • Centralize eligibility verification, authorizations, and payer reporting under RCM.
  • Work directly with payers and provider groups to remediate claims issues and manage payer reporting relationships.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue reconciliation, cash application, and collections reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare billing requirements.
  • Select, implement, and optimize RCM systems to support multi-program billing and scale with growth.
  • Build scalable, automated processes suited to a fast-moving startup.

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience, with end-to-end ownership across eligibility/enrollment, charge capture, coding, claims submission, denials management, and collections.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing across the full revenue cycle, ideally including FFS, risk-based arrangements, and other healthcare billing structures.
  • Experience building and leading teams in a high-growth, early-stage startup.
  • Highly analytical and self-sufficient: able to independently query and dig into claims data (no dependency on a separate analytics team), generate insights, and use them to drive collection rate improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across finance, accounting, operations, product, and engineering.
  • Experience implementing RCM solutions such as Candid, Waystar, etc.
  • Ownership mindset: drives results for the mission, business, and customer experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, complex, low-red-tape early-stage environment.
  • Passion for serving individuals with complex chronic needs, including homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder.

Our Values

  • Lead with integrity: We keep our commitments and take responsibility for our actions. We are dependable and choose authenticity over perfection.
  • Embrace challenges: We leave our egos at the door and step forward into discomfort instead of back into safety. We help each other to learn and provide feedback using candor and kindness.
  • Break through walls: We go the extra mile for our patients, partners and one another, and we run toward hard things. We are resilient in our push for consistent improvement and challenge the status quo.
  • Act beyond yourself: We build each other up and respect boundaries. We seek first to understand and assume positive intent.
  • Care comes first: We hold ourselves to the highest standards for our patients. We are relentless in the pursuit of our mission, and ensure that we are taking care of ourselves in order to care for others.

Because We Value You

  • Competitive salary: $185,000 - $215,000
  • Equity compensation package
  • Medical, dental & vision with HSA/FSA and company HSA contribution
  • Remote-first with equipment and $100/mo home office stipend
  • Flexible PTO and 12 paid holidays
  • 100% company-paid life, disability & AD&D
  • Backup childcare, caregiver concierge, and financial guidance resources

Sales BDR Manager at Grace Hill

Build and manage a BDR team from scratch, owning pipeline generation, sales playbook development, team coaching, and sales stack configuration.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

BDR Manager

Sales | Reports to VP of Sales | Building the BDR function from zero

Location: Remote (US-based) | Full-Time

THE ROLE

Grace Hill is building a BDR function from the ground up, and we are looking for the person who wants to own it. There is a thin playbook to inherit here, you will write it. You will hire reps, configure the tooling, define what a qualified opportunity looks like, and improve the model to scale it. This is a builder’s job with an operator’s discipline. You will manage 3–6 BDRs within your first year and be measured on the pipeline they create.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The playbook

• Build targeting, personas, segmentation, sequences, cadences, and qualification criteria from scratch — then document them so a new hire can run the motion in week two.

• Define the handoff: what qualifies, what gets rejected, and what Sales can expect on every opportunity.

• Run a real test-and-learn loop. Ship a change, measure it, keep it or kill it. The playbook should look different in month six than it did in month one.

Pipeline

• Own the team’s pipeline number and hit it. Work backward from AE coverage requirements to set volume and quality targets per rep.

• Watch activity, connect rates, meeting-set rates, and downstream conversion — and act on the leading indicators before the lagging ones go red.

• Report weekly on pipeline by source, stage, and rep, with a point of view on what the numbers mean.

Operating rigor

• Set and enforce data standards — stage definitions, field hygiene, naming conventions — so the reporting can be trusted.

• Run the cadence: daily huddle, weekly 1:1s grounded in the rep’s own numbers, monthly business review.

• Build the dashboards yourself. If you need someone else to pull your numbers, this role will frustrate you.

The team

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop 3–6 BDRs. Give direct, specific, usable feedback.

• Lead from the front — model behavior, get on calls, and show what good looks like rather than describing it.

The stack

• Own configuration, adoption, and enablement across Salesforce, a sales engagement platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Common Room, and ZoomInfo.

• Use Gong to coach against what reps actually said, Common Room to surface intent and warm signals, and ZoomInfo to build and enrich the target universe.

• Put AI to work on research, personalization, and list-building — and be honest about where it helps and where it produces noise.

Partnership

• Align with Sales on lead quality and handoff, and close the loop on what converts.

• Partner with Marketing on outbound and ABM campaigns; bring the field evidence that sharpens targeting and messaging.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Outbound experience — 3+ years as a BDR or SDR in B2B SaaS, plus at least a 2+ years leading a team.

• An operator’s mind — You design systems, document them, and enforce them. You are comfortable in a spreadsheet and you think good process is what makes coaching possible.

• Builder instinct — You would rather own something unfinished than inherit something polished. You are resourceful when the tools and budget are not perfect yet.

• AI/Stack fluency — Hands-on with Salesforce reporting and forecasting, a sales engagement platform, Gong, Common Room, and ZoomInfo — and eager to pick up whatever comes next. Experimentation with AI in inbound/outbound playbooks.

• Data Driven Decision Maker— You find the trend, explain it, and adjust the plan because of it.

• Genuine coach — Developing talent is the part of the job you are most passionate about. BDRs serve as our Sales talent engine.

• Ownership — You have a massive responsibility to the company’s success.

• Student of the game — You are actively learning from peers, operators, and your own experiments and iterating it back to the team.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE

• Playbook built, documented, and consistently executed by the team.

• Stack implemented and genuinely adopted.

• Pipeline targets set, met, and forecastable, with conversion metrics trending in the right direction.

• Reporting cadence running on its own; leadership trusts the numbers.

• Reps measurably better than the day they started, with coaching impact visible in their metrics.

• Sales and Marketing describing the BDR team as a source of quality pipeline, not just volume.

WHAT WE OFFER

Real ownership of a function you get to define, with the autonomy to build it your way.

A leadership team that values operational rigor and will fund the tools to support it.

Competitive base plus incentive tied to pipeline and team attainment.

Room to grow as the revenue organization scales.

Salary range:  OTE of $160,000-$175,000

Grace Hill offers a robust suite of benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, PTO, life insurance, disability insurance, and more.

We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Applicants must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.

Marketing Head of Paid Social, Insurance at Launch Potato

Owns end-to-end paid social strategy and execution for auto insurance across Meta and TikTok, managing budgets, creative testing, and margin optimization.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

WHO ARE WE?

Launch Potato is the discovery and conversion company. We reach tens of millions of people every month through our brands, including FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState. We turn that attention into real outcomes for our partners, some of the world’s leading companies.

Our mission: create predictable, high-value customer acquisition at scale by connecting discovery, intent, and performance across category-leading consumer brands in finance, travel, and entertainment.

We run profitable and bootstrapped, with a South Florida HQ and a remote-first team across 18 countries.

WHY JOIN US?

You own outcomes here, not tasks. We measure work by impact, not activity. The pace is real, and change is constant, so the people who do best turn change into opportunity instead of waiting for it to settle. Feedback runs direct and lands with respect. Ordinary people make themselves extraordinary at Launch Potato.

Auto insurance on paid social is one of our highest-potential channels and you would  own it end to end taking it to the next level.

This is a hands-on seat. You are in Ads Manager daily, pulling your own numbers, setting the testing agenda with the creative team, and staying with a test through launch, read, and post-mortem. If you are looking to hand a strategy deck to someone else to execute, this is not it.

The honest trade: the channel has proven scale and a real ceiling. Creative fatigues fast, attribution is noisy, and regulation reshapes what you can say and where you can send traffic. Those problems are yours. Nobody is going to solve them above you.

Why This Seat

You own a vertical, not a slice. Meta and TikTok spend for auto insurance, end to end, from budget and bid strategy to the creative roadmap to live margin performance. One owner, and it is you.

Margin is the metric. Not impressions, not a ROAS number handed down without context. You decide when to push into a lower ROAS for contribution dollars and when to pull back, and you are trusted to make that call.

The mandate is scale, not maintenance. The plan is to grow this channel to roughly 2.5x its current monthly spend without giving up margin. That is the job. If you want a channel that is already solved, this is the wrong one.

The interesting part is unsolved. Creative fatigue cycles, attribution noise, and compliance constraints on a vertical with real headroom. You will not be maintaining someone else’s playbook. You will be writing the one the rest of the team runs.

Short line to the people who decide. You work directly with the Senior Director who owns paid marketing, the GM of Auto Insurance, compliance, and product. No layers to route a recommendation through.

Profitable and bootstrapped. Spend decisions here get made on margin, not against a burn plan set by someone else’s timeline.

What You’ll Bring

  • Paid social bought at scale in performance marketing, affiliate, or leadgen. Not brand work and not agency-of-record media planning.
  • Deep hands-on Meta expertise: campaign structure, bid and budget strategy, audience and placement testing, and diagnosing a performance shift caused by a platform or attribution change rather than by your campaigns.
  • Real TikTok scale, not test budgets. You have managed meaningful spend through allowlisting, vertical restrictions, and landing page requirements.
  • Direct accountability for CPA, ROAS, or contribution margin on monthly spend of $250,000 or more.
  • Experience in a compliance-heavy vertical such as insurance, lending, credit, or health, where creative and landing page claims are constrained.
  • Fluency with tracking and attribution: pixel and server-side event setup, postbacks, conversion QA, and the judgment to spot when the data is lying to you.
  • Four or more years in a hands-on, in-the-weeds buying role with direct margin accountability.

How we work, and what we look for in how you work:

  • Focus and Win. You start from the P&L and the metric, not the tactic, and you are relentless about why performance moved. You do not stop at the first explanation.
  • Better Every Day. You seek feedback and turn it into visible change, and you write down what you learn so the next buyer does not relearn it.
  • Stronger Together. You brief the creative team clearly, give specific feedback, and treat them as partners in the testing agenda rather than a request queue. You surface a problem early with a recommendation attached instead of waiting to be asked.
  • Embrace Change. When a platform policy or a compliance constraint moves, you find the compliant path to scale rather than stopping at no.

Nice to Have

  • Auto insurance, or another regulated leadgen domain
  • Advertorial or direct-response landing page funnels and conversion rate testing
  • Working knowledge of AI creative generation tooling
  • Familiarity with Looker

What You’ll Own

  • Meta and TikTok spend for auto insurance, end to end, with measurable margin impact. You have a teammate on the buying team who can support execution when volume calls for it, and the ownership stays with you.
  • Pacing and margin targets, including the judgment call on when lower ROAS is the right trade for contribution dollars.
  • The creative testing roadmap, built with the Creative Strategist and the creative team and turned into shipped concepts at high velocity.
  • A documented, repeatable playbook other buyers on the team can run.
  • Direct relationships with Meta and TikTok reps, and the allowlisting, beta access, and escalation paths a restricted vertical depends on.
  • The working partnership with the GM of Auto Insurance, compliance, and product on funnel, landing page, and offer strategy.

What Great Looks Like

By the end of your first year:

  • Auto insurance paid social hits its margin and pacing targets consistently, and you can explain every miss without being asked.
  • Monthly spend is materially higher than when you started, and margin held.
  • Creative test velocity is up and the win rate is better, because the roadmap is deliberate instead of reactive.
  • Your testing playbook is in use by other buyers on the team.
  • Meta and TikTok reps take your call, and you have unlocked at least one thing for this vertical that the team did not have access to before.
  • Compliance and product treat you as a partner on funnel and offer strategy rather than as a request coming in.

This Isn’t the Right Seat If You

  • Want to set strategy and hand execution to someone else. This role is in the account daily.
  • Have only bought inside an agency with no accountability for margin or profit.
  • Need a stable platform environment. Policy, creative fatigue, and attribution all shift here, sometimes in the same week.
  • Treat compliance as the reason something cannot be done rather than a constraint to solve within.
  • Prefer to work a problem quietly and present a finished answer. We would rather hear it early and rough.

Sales BDR Manager at Grace Hill

Build and manage a BDR team from scratch, owning pipeline targets, sales playbooks, team coaching, and sales stack configuration.
