Enterprise account executive drives new customer acquisition and cross-sells cloud platform solutions to large enterprises while managing full sales cycles and maintaining pipeline forecasts.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cloud Sales Specialist to help grow our Platform Prime customer base and increase revenue. This role will play a pivotal role in driving North America sales through a mix of new Platform Prime customer acquisition and cross-selling into existing Platform Core clients. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to communicate the value of Azulâs solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
This is an individual-contributor, quota-carrying role that can be based remotely in the US, preferably in the West region.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
Senior paid media strategist manages Google Ads accounts end-to-end for DTC eCommerce brands, owning the full funnel from feed optimization to conversion tracking and proving incremental business impact.
Everyone can run a search campaign. Almost nobody can tell you whether it worked.
That is the whole job.
Google will happily show you a 6x ROAS built almost entirely out of people who already knew your clientâs name. It will auto apply assets you did not ask for. It will report a number that makes a client feel great and tells you nothing about whether you grew the business.
So we do not hire people to manage Google Ads. We hire marketers who can tell the difference between demand they created and demand they harvested, and who can prove it to a clientâs face.
At Sweat Pants Agency we work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, 20 to 25 of them on paid media. We spend $6 to $9M a month on Meta and $1 to $2M a month on Google. We are the only agency behind two INC #1 fastest growing brands, both from zero.
Google is where we are putting our next round of growth. You would own a set of those accounts end to end.
Here is what âend to endâ actually means.
You are the account manager. We do not have any. You talk to the client directly. You write the updates, you run the calls, and you defend the call you made. The reason we do it this way is ownership. When you are the person answering for the account, it is your result, not somebody elseâs summary of your result.
You own the whole funnel, not the campaign. Feed and Merchant Center, search and Shopping and PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, the landing page, and the conversion tracking underneath all of it. If the feed is why Shopping is starving, that is yours. If the page is why the clicks do not convert, that is yours too. Our team ships advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs in Claude Code, deploys them to Vercel, points a subdomain at them, and tests them live before anything touches the clientâs Shopify theme.
You are expected to have an opinion about attribution and to defend it. We optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not blended and not last click. We have turned brand search off to see what actually shifts to organic. We run geo holdouts. If a campaign is not incremental, we would rather know than keep the number.
You can live anywhere. We are remote and we hire worldwide. The one hard requirement is that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours, because you are the clientâs point of contact and there is nobody else to cover it. The rest of your day is yours. Nobody here is on a time clock. We judge you on output.
If you want a lane, a ticket queue, and a scope document, this is a bad fit and we will both know it fast.
If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on whether the number moved, keep reading.

Why this role is exciting
This is not a maintenance job. Google is where we are putting our next round of growth, and you would have real influence over how we run it.
You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale.
You get trust on day one. You get a lot of autonomy. Some people thrive with it. You will get feedback fast either way, and if you make it through the first 30 days you will probably be here for a long time. Our retention on this team is very good and that is not an accident.
You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.
Program Director oversees virtual mentoring pilot launch, managing corporate partnerships, mentor recruitment/training, and program metrics to connect students with mentors.
iMentor is a national nonprofit organization that believes every student has potential, and we work to ensure each student can reach it fully through our lens of Mentorship. For 26 years iMentor has served over 45,000 students in our direct service communities of New York, Chicago, and Baltimore. Now, with our customary intrepid and creative approach, and in response to years of requests, we seek to establish a virtual community of mentors outside our three flagship cities, and we seek a Program Director of Virtual Mentoring (PDVM) to help conceive of, build, and kick off our 26â27 Pilot Year.
The Program Director will serve as iMentorâs internal owner of this virtual mentoring pilot, coordinating the external partnership, corporate partner activation, mentor experience, program learning, and future growth strategy. We have important objectives with this pilot: (1) to connect more students with caring adults who can help them build the knowledge, confidence, and support networks needed to successfully navigate postsecondary education and career pathways, and (2) to activate enough corporate partners and mentors to meet participation goals, delivering a strong mentor experience, establishing effective processes with the external partner, and producing a data-informed recommendation for future scale. Reporting to iMentorâs Senior Vice President of Impact Programming, this is a role for an entrepreneurial spirit who gets fired up at the junction of innovation, data analysis, strategic outreach and recruitment, and cross functional partnership.

Weâre a remote company, operating mostly asynchronously.
MUIâs story began in 2014 with Material UI, the most successful React implementation of Googleâs Material Design. This open-source project has paved the way for the fully-fledged startup known as MUI (founded in 2019), which now boasts an ever-expanding ecosystem of React UI products. Weâre a company of 40 people as of 2026, and weâre growing steadily.
MUI is best known for our flagship product, Material UIâbut this is just one of the UI libraries we maintain. Material UI is complemented by advanced components through MUI X (Data Grid, Charts, Date and Time Pickers, Tree View) for more complex user interactions and data visualization needs. Base UI is our headless component library. We also host Design Kits and pre-built Templates.
MUI is a fully remote company with a team that spans the globe. The majority of our work is asynchronous, and we rely on written communication to collaborate. Weâre radically transparent: a lot of our work happens in public. Each contributor has the freedom to decide how and when they work, and that work is primarily self-directed: itâs your responsibility to define and complete your own tasks in a timely manner.
For additional details about the culture, you can check our careers and about pages and also our public Handbook.
MUI is scaling, but traditional business operations have become a strong bottleneck to our growth. The leadership team is spending too much time on manual, repetitive tasks, building spreadsheets, debugging ETL regressions, wiring SaaS tools together, firefighting operational issues, etc.
Rather than hiring a conventional IT team, we treat internal company operations as an engineering problem. We believe that applying systems thinking, modern software engineering, and AI automation directly to business operations will create immense leverage.
We are opening this role to act as a hands-on force multiplier across the organizationâbuilding zero-defect data models, automated internal tools, and AI-driven workflows across Finance, GTM (RevOps, Sales, Marketing), People, and Product.
Overall, both our open-source community and our premium products are growing fast. We need talented people to keep up with the demands of our exigent community!
Function as a modern hands-on CIO / Head of business systems: Instead of managing large corporate budgets or enterprise governance, you will directly apply software engineering (TypeScript, SQL, AI frameworks) to real-world business systems.
Massive organizational leverage: You will step into cross-functional gaps to eliminate operational bottlenecks, saving hundreds of hours of leadership time and accelerating company velocity.
High-agency autonomy: Operating without a rigid backlog, you will systematically map MUIâs cross-functional workflows using Lean principles, identify high-leverage opportunities, and build end-to-end technical solutions.
AI-first execution: You will be at the forefront of implementing AI agents, LLM tool integrations, and low-code orchestration engines to automate routine business tasks across every department.
Our products empower React developers to build awesome applications faster â we see millions of developers on MUIâs docs every year, one million a month.
Depending on the day, youâll:
Internal systems architecture & management (Modern IT/CIO): Own, maintain, and connect the companyâs internal software stackâfrom CRM, billing, and Accounting platforms to internal databases and analytics dashboards.
AI & workflow automation engine: Identify, prototype, and build custom scripts (SQL, JavaScript), AI agents, low-code integrations (for example, Zapier, Make), etc. to eliminate manual tasks across People, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
GTM & RevOps technical execution: Partner with Sales and Marketing to streamline lead pipelines, customer data enrichment, conversion funnels, and customer-facing website updates.
Data Engineering & Operational analytics: Build and maintain data pipelines, operational dashboards, and data models to power strategic decision-making (for example, pricing model LTV analysis, product adoption telemetry, sales PO volumes, npm/GitHub ecosystem metrics, or OKRs progress).
Process engineering & Systems optimization: Apply the five core Lean principles and systems analysis to map company workflows, identify operational or financial bottlenecks, and build technological solutions to resolve them.
Technical force multiplier for Leadership: Serve as a direct execution arm for executive leadershipâstepping in to resolve unowned, cross-cutting technical issues across products, vendor platforms, or internal operations.
High-agency & Cross-functional judgment: Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can prioritize among many opportunities. See Manager of one.
High conscientiousness & Detail rigor: Strong commitment to eventually reach no-defect execution; double-checks everything, maintains immaculate documentation, focuses on friction-free user experiences.
Modern business Tech Stack management (CIO/RevOps): Technical mastery over core SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce/HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite/Xero, Segment, GitHub/npm APIs).
Full-Stack engineering: Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL; can quickly build internal tools, scripts, and API integrations.
Systems & Process engineering (Lean/Systems thinking): Ability to map cross-functional workflows, spot operational bottlenecks, and apply Lean principles to eliminate non-value-added steps.
Data engineering & Analytics architecture: Track record of designing reliable data pipelines, maintaining zero-defect data models, and delivering actionable BI dashboards (Revenue, LTV, PLG telemetry). For example, ensures data & financial models match to the cent.
Workflow automation & AI agents: Hands-on experience with modern AI workflows (LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, function calling) alongside low-code orchestration engines (for example, Pipedream, Make, Zapier, n8n).
4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years spent building internal tools, data pipelines, or cross-functional business automation.
Prior experience as an early-stage startup founder, Technical Operations Lead, GTM Engineer, Finance Ops Engineer, or Principal Engineer with cross-functional scope.
Experience with React, Next.js, and MUIâs tool ecosystem.
Deep familiarity with open-source ecosystems, developer tools, or PLG (Product-Led Growth) telemetry metrics.
Background in applying Lean principles within knowledge work or software development contexts.
We offer competitive compensation commensurate with your experience level and location and are prepared to pay top market rates for someone who can clearly exceed the roleâs expectations. You can find the other perks and benefits on the careers page.
Donât meet every requirement? Apply anyway! Research shows that certain folks are less likely to apply for a role than others unless they meet 100% of the outlined qualifications. If this role excites you, we want to hear from you. Weâd love for you to share the unique skills, passion, and experience you could bring to MUI.

Organizational Summary
Contraceptive care is basic healthcare. Yet too many patients in the U.S. struggle to access the care they need, when they need it. Founded in 2014, Upstream USA is a national, nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care is available to everyone.
Our Mission and Impact
Upstream works to ensure individuals can make fully informed, autonomous decisions about the contraceptive methods that are best for them. We are currently the largest contraceptive organization in the country improving contraceptive care in primary care settings, operating in 37 states and Washington, D.C.
While our foundational work focuses on partnering with healthcare organizations offering primary care, such as federally qualified healthcare centers (FQHC) and health systems, we are always evolving. We are actively pursuing additional, innovative paths to ensure every patient has streamlined access to the contraceptive service of their choice, where and when it is most convenient for them.
A Different Kind of Nonprofit
Supported entirely by venture philanthropy, Upstream operates with a culture of aggressive growth and a laser focus on measurable outcomes. To maintain our independence and nonpartisan stance, we do not accept funding from the government or pharmaceutical companies.
